SFMC, Inc. is conducting our community’s Annual Inspection beginning in July 2024. SFMC will inspect the front, rear, and side (wherever accessible) of each home and lot.
Please review the information below for examples of maintenance items the inspector will be looking at during the maintenance inspection (the below list is NOT all-inclusive).
- Mailbox and post conditions
- Mailbox colors (approved colors are:
- Sherwin-Williams Artichoke Green (SW6179)
- Behr Olivine (Color code 420F-5)
- Paint condition (trim, front door, shutters, etc.)
- Siding condition (mold/cleanliness, missing siding, discoloration, garage doors, etc.)
- Roof condition (missing shingles, discoloration, etc.)
- Lawn and landscape maintenance (overgrown shrubs, tree branches overhanging sidewalks, etc.)
- Other general maintenance/disrepair (lead walk, railings, deck/patio, driveway, windows, lamp posts, etc.)
