Yard waste not collected? Here’s what to do.

The Association contacts our trash and recycling provider, American Disposal Services. With each missed collection to ensure the trucks come back to our community. Here’s what you can do if your yard waste is not collected:

• Ensure your yard waste is properly prepared;
• Keep the yard waste on the curb through Saturday;
• If the yard waste is not collected, fill out the Missed Pickup web form on the ADS website;
• If your yard waste is repeatedly not picked up, contact our Community Manager so she can escalate the matter with our contractor.
