Welcome home!

Whether you’re brand new to Northern Virginia or just new to the neighborhood, we’re glad you’re here. The Meadows at Morris Farm is more than a collection of streets and signs, it’s the cookout on a Saturday afternoon, the wave from a neighbor walking their dog, and the volunteers who keep this community running.

This page is your starting point. The links below will get you set up with your HOA account, pool passes, trash service, and everything else you’ll need in your first few weeks. If you get stuck, please reach out — we’d rather hear from you than have you guess.

Need Something Right Now?

The three things most new residents need in their first week:

  • Set up your HOA account: Contact the management company to access your Assessment account and read this to understand your HOA dues
  • Trash & Recycling:  Find details regarding your utility service providers, pickup days, bin requirements, and yard waste rules are on the Community page and read more details on how to handle your Yard Waste
  • Emergencies: 911 for any life-safety emergency. For non-emergency community concerns (downed tree, vandalism, water main) see community contacts

Tip: bookmark this page, you’ll likely come back to it a few times in your first month

We’ve grouped the most useful resources below into three sections: getting your account set up, staying in the loop, and getting to know the community. You should also have received a printed packet at settlement with the Association’s governing documents — keep it handy, or find digital copies on the Homeowner page.
