Our Schools
While there are many educational options for our residents, many Meadows at Morris Farm students attend Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) — the second largest school division in Virginia and the fourth largest school system in the Washington Metropolitan Area, after Fairfax County, Virginia; Montgomery County, Maryland; and Prince George’s County, Maryland school systems.
Elementary age students attend Glenkirk Elementary School, situated on what we call the “school” side or “north” side of the community and is a PWCS “School of Excellence.”
Gainesville Middle School, a school for the arts and sciences and a PWCS “School of Excellence,” is home to the High Flying Hawks and is two miles from the community on Limestone Drive.
As of the Fall of 2021, students from our community attend Gainesville High School, the county’s newest high school. And less than three miles away is Patriot High School, another PWCS “School of Excellence” that offeres a variety of educational programs like AP Scholars Program, Building Trade, Culinary Arts, Governor’s School and more.
