Community Pool

Pool Information

Meadows at Morris Farm has one 25-meter outdoor pool for the use of homeowners, residents, and their guests. The pool overlooks a natural conservation space and is at the entrance to one of our many trails. The pool complex consists of a bathhouse, the main pool with a beach entry shallow area, a water slide, and one 25-meter lap lane available during all pool hours for individual lap swim, and a wading/kiddie pool. 

The pool generally opens Memorial Day weekend and closes around Labor Day weekend, with limited hours when school is still in session. 

We do not have a community swim team. Our parking lot and pool facilities do not meet the requirements needed to support a competitive swim team. Many of our residents participate in neighboring swim teams throughout the area.

Our Playgrounds

Meadows at Morris Farm has three large playgrounds for residents to enjoy.  

    • Peacock Park (Parula Way and Sharpshinned Drive)
      • Slides, climbing wall, benches, and mature trees for shade
    • Willet Way Park (Accessible only from Willet Way and Brown Thrasher Court)
      • Swings, slide, climbing equipment
    • Pool Park (Broadwinged Drive and Redtailed Court)
      • Swings, slides, climbing equipment, benches

Trails

Nature Trails

Meadows at Morris Farm offers 268 acres of common area and 4,000 square yards of walking trails throughout the community. Trailheads can be found at the end of these streets with benches and pergolas for shade. A map of our trails can be found here:
